Shawn Wolf, President of Wright Manufacturing and MWCC Board member, will present a model for effective lean leadership in this one-day workshop.

To lead a lean transformation, a leader must become an exceptional change agent and employ a new model of leadership--one that creates a sustaining lean culture. This workshop will explore the most effective models of
leading a lean enterprise and the partnering needed to create a lean culture.

This interactive workshop will explore:

Effective leadership practices, behaviors and models;
The challenge of implementing Eastern systems in organizations made up of Western thinkers; and
The creation of a lean culture.

In addition to his credentials with the MWCC, Mr. Wolf recently completed doctoral studies in Strategic Leadership.
