Speakers for this quarter's meeting:

Michael Leigh - President of OpX Solutions has over 25 years of operational and leadership experience, specializing in helping organizations pursue operational excellence.  After careers with the US Navy and General Electric, two organizations known for operational excellence, he now helps other organizations develop a culture of continuous improvement.

Greg Strong - District Director of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection's Northeast District, oversees all regulatory activities within the district's 19 counties. Since 2006, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s Northeast District office has been using Lean methods to improve the speed, quality and effectiveness of its processes and services by eliminating non-value added activities. Greg will provide an overview of the Northeast District’s Lean journey over the last 10 years, and how it has helped to transform the team’s culture.

Dr. Suzette Johnson - Northrop Grumman Fellow Agile / DevOps Coach, will describe how being Lean Thinking and  Agile techniques enable Northrop Grumman to develop products where budgets are tight, schedules are compressed, and the need for leading-edge innovation is high.  Lean and Agile have provided a  foundation for accelerating flow and adaptability, and energizing and engaging people to contribute their best every day.
