Sherry Jordan World Class Project Engineer, Saft Space & Defense Division,
will discuss ongoing process improvement efforts at the company that designs and builds lithium-ion batteries for space! Sherry is a certified MWCC Lean Facilitator and a regular member of the Consortia's Lean Peer Group. She will talk about Saft's lean journey and the resulting culture their continuous improvement efforts has created.

In this fast paced session, Kelly will share tools, cases and examples to help leaders unravel important issues relative to culture and culture change.
