Companies actively engaged in Lean offer a treasure trove of information when it comes to their respective Lean journeys. Benchmarking these companies brings you new ideas, an affirmation of your current practices, and an opportunity to be spurred on and take next steps in your own organization. To that end, we are continuing to bring you monthly tours so you can take advantage of this knowledge base. Each plant tour offers a unique opportunity to dialog with peers from across industries and functions about best practices, challenges and solutions to moving your organization forward.

Hub Labels, Inc.

Family-owned and operated since 1978, Hub Labels, Inc. is a second-generation label manufacturer headquartered in Hagerstown, Maryland. Operating out of a 110,000-square-foot facility, Hub has built a reputation for quality, innovation, and customer service while remaining true to its family-owned roots.

Throughout its history, Hub has been at the forefront of advancements in label manufacturing, from early adoption of four-color process printing and computer-to-plate technology to digital and hybrid printing and linerless labeling solutions. Alongside these innovations, Hub remains committed to sustainability, waste reduction, and environmentally responsible manufacturing practices.

Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement

During the tour, visitors will gain insight into Hub's approach to Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
